3 week old pint can A: Poured clear medium gold with a tall frothy head. Good retention and thick clumpy lace. S: Lemon lime citrus with zest and pith over a woody malt base. T: Bitter and woody. Hops feature citrus and light tropical notes. Malts bring toast, and a hint of toffee along with the wood. M: Medium body, average carbonation and a slightly rough finish. O: Well balanced with equally tasty hops and malts. I wonder if this is the long-retired Countryside IPA. Very good.
