Delicate and bright, this rosé-inspired beer arranges a bouquet of hibiscus and rose hips with the tart fruit character of fresh raspberries, blueberries, and grapefruit in balance.

4 month old can A: Lightly hazy, dusky medium pink color with a pale pink head that disappeared as if by magic. S: Hibiscus is there along with some dry rose wine, berry and dusty yeast notes. Like a tart Boone's Farm type thang. T: Quite tart with citrus and berries but a light stale bread character underneath. Dry tart finish though a hint of wafer sweetness comes through at the end; more so as it warms. M: Strong carbonation tames the sourness a bit and the dry mouthfeel also helps. O: It's interesting and kind of fun, but I'm really not a fan of sour beers and this is no exception. Don't know if I could drink two. OK but not a repeat buy.
