Undated pint can A: Clear to finely hazed pale gold pour with 1/2 of tight white head. Excellent retention and blotchy lace. S: Light scent of apple or pear, honey and grass. T: Lightly bitter, sweet and tart. Grassy, hay and herbal hops with spicy pepper and apple joining for very nice balance. Sweet wine aftertaste highlights otherwise well hidden alcohol. M: Medium weight with soft carbonation and wet finish. O: Curiously strong but subtle balanced flavors make it worthwhile.
