4 month old pint can A: Poured moderately hazy gold with 1 of fine froth. Good retention and stringy lace. S: Under-ripe orange and lemon with musty yeast and faint wood. T: Spicy, peppery yeast mingles with light lemon zest and pulp. Woody and herbal undertones to finish. M: Light body and soft fine carbonation lend an airy texture. Dry finish. O: Delicate flavors and soft mouthfeel make for an elegant brew although the yeast aspect detracts slightly from drinkability. Must try it again fresh.
