Month old pint can A: Poured 1/2 of froth atop a finely hazed pale gold body. Fair retention and soapy lace. S: Hay, herbs and lots of lemon pulp and zest over sweet bread dough. T: Again lemons lead the way. Half bitter, half tart with grassy herbs in the background and biscuity malts tying it all together well. M: Fine carbonation, smooth texture and tart puckering finish. O: Certainly heavy on the lemon hops for the style but extremely good.
