Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Thursday 15th June 2023 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music, it's Round Table later, I have Pie, New Potatoes and Peas for tea tonight. Pours light gold, excellent clarity, large white head. Some grassy hoppiness, nice mouthfeel, sweet but then drying, mid bitterness, good.

Bottle @ Bavaria. Pours hazy yellow with a frothy head. Grainy malty. Grass and corn. Paperbag. Dry short bitter finish.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Flasche (50 cl) von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase milde, aromatische Kräuter, schwach zitronig, mildes helles Malz. - Antrunk schlank mit mildem Fenchel und blasser Zitronenschale. Milde helle Malzsüße. Durchschnittlich rezent, etwas leer. Im Abgang hält sich die Malzsüße; die Hopfenherbe ist nur angedeutet. - Aromatisch aber etwas arg mild gehopft. Eher ein Helles als ein Pils. Trotzdem angenehm zu trinken.

Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts malty, mild, light grasy notes, light dry background. Finish still mild, a bit boring malty with metallically hints. Okay.

Thanks to Martin! The beer in the glass is pale yellow, nose is malty-fresh. The beer starts very aromatic, freshly hopped, quite bitter, but round. The mainpart is slightly sweet, very bitter-aromatic, fruity. The aftertaste is long, a bit bready, but only slightly. Very nice. Bitter, slightly sweet! Very round! --> 10/12/11/10

Bottled 500ml PBFVIII
Clear yellow color, small white head. Grassy-grainy aroma. Medium-bodied. Grassy-spicey hoppyness, a bit grainy. Very Franconian.
