The brewer combines an intense taste profile with great tasting flexibility. The use of toasted spelt malts and the woody touches give it intense flavors of coffee, roasted with a touch of acidity. The brewer worked on the full-bodied flavors of the malts, the aromas and the bitterness of the three hops to obtain a balanced product: a stout with strong and intense flavors and well balanced, without any heaviness.

Stout ale mleczny. Takie mialem odczucie. Slodkie moze nieco ostrygowe, rybi aromat ze slodkim sosem. Batoik czekoladowy, troche orzechow arachidowych w zapachu. Pozostawia werazenie nadmiernie slodko laktozowe. Imperialny stout, dla mnie nie do konca tak jest, zabraklo palonosci i wytrawnosci.

Bottle. Nose of soy, chocolate, coffee, Oreo cookies. A bit roasty, with light spice as well. Grainy flavor, chocolate cookies, light licorice. A bit light, but smooth and full and nice.

Bottle, 0.33l Pours almost black murky color with thin creamy light brown head and poor lacing. Aroma of caramel, roasted malt, honey, wood and herbs. Taste starts with moderate sweet caramel and roasted malt, follows by licorice, chocolate and dark fruits, mouthfeel is warming, while finish is moderate grassy bitter. Medium body, syrupy texture and average carbonation in palate. Tasty imperial stout with well hidden ABV...
