Draught @ Climbing Wold, Dobbs Ferry (Nov 2023). Clear lemon yellow with a small foamy whitish head, faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly tart, a bit salty medium bitter taste with slightly spicy lemon peel flavor, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Interesting but not terribly remarkable.

On tap at brewery. Hazy orange gold pour. Firm white head. Earthy, bready malt nose. Soft, grainy malt flavor hints at lemongrass, hay and fresh herbs. Slightly tangy on palate. Nicely done.

375 ml bottle from The Seed, 8/30/22. Late Fall 2021. Bright lemon and grass. Floral and herbal. Grain and spice notes. Clean feel. Refreshing. A touch tart on the finish. Good beer.
