Bottle shared in Larchmont - big thanks to Sander. Pours clear light red sky a small, creamy pink head. Lightly sweet, lovely funk, cherry, berries, mellow acidity. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, some berry skins, cherry. Delicious. Excellent.

500 ml bottle from Suarez, 1/10/22. Harvest 2020. Blend #2. Bright reddish-pink color, rocky froth of beige head with a pink tinge to it. Moderate lacework. Cherry, fruit skin, earth and funk. Yeast forward. Nice herbal notes on the lively finish. Tasty.
