Draught @ Moeder Lambic Original, 68 rue de Savoie, Brussels, Belgium 1060. [ As Ocelot Honey Pie ].Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, light honey - sweet honey, light fruity yeast - floral yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, honey, sweet malt, pale malt, light fruity yeast - floral yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. F: medium size, white, good retention. C: gold, clear. A: malty, honey, herbal, bit spicy, floral. T: malty, herbal, honey, fortunately not very sweet to me, medium body and soft carbonation, good, enjoyed, sample @ BXLBeerFest in Brussels.

Clear orange beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, little fruity, some banana. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, little bitter, grains, hay, cow fodder. Aftertaste: malty, some caramel, bit fruity, yeast, banana, soft bitterness, hay.

7 3 7 3 14 Draft at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels β17. Clea rgolden with a white head. Aroma of floral honey notes, herbal notes and light citrus. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a dense off white head. Aroma is fruity. Phenolic, slight honey floral. Sweet and mild fruity. Medium sweet and honey finish.

4oz draft pour at Ocelot. Poured a hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Aroma was herbal notes, dry honey, light sweetness. Sweet, semi-dry notes. Very interesting. What is this, a light mead or? Pleasant Saison.

4 oz pour on draft at Ocelot. Hazy orange with off-white head. Aromas of herbs, citrus. Tastes of citrus fruit and peel, honey, herbs, light malt. Medium body with a dry finish.
