Cask, Philarmonic, Liverpool. Diddley ? Selecta ? Pallid gold with a meek white head. Citrusy nose. Similar flavour with spice and lemongrass notes leading to some hop bitterness towards the finish. Seemed a bit thin overall. Unusual though, and top marks for trying to be different and all that but not really feeling this.

Cask, handpump at The Commercial & Victoria Hotel, Leeds, W.Yorks 18.03.12 in company of dad & Barry Pours gold with a white head. The nose is rather subtle in fact that subtle I don’t get much at all. Light fruity refreshing beer with a middling bitterness, I assumme that this has some Thai influence but I’m afraid that it has rather bypassed me, it’s still a decent beer though. On tap @ the Haymarket Bar. Pours golden with fairly proportionate head. The nose has sweet egg and lemon grass. The taste has coconut and nutmeg. The palate is medium bodied and structured with a fresh finish. While not world beating this beer definitely is of an individual personality.

Cask air pressure at Euston Tap. Paleish gold with lasting thin white head. Yes it has a herbacious note to it. Lime and coriander to the fore. Quite spicy but likeable too. Its good. Spicy herby and unusual. Spicy finish

Cask at the newly opened Craft beer co in London. Hazy yellow straw appearence. Interesting aroma slightly citrus earthy. The flavour is adjunct forward with the lime leaves for me being the stand out flavour. I did not pick out the lemongrass. The hop character of this reminded me of the sorachi ace single hop beer ive had, although I’m not sure which hops they used. This beer was very refreshing and sessionable.
