(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 1 Oct 2011) Hazy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, slightly malty nose with notes of pineapple, citrus and coriander seed. Malty, fruity taste with tropical fruit, pineapple, grass and a slightly spicy bitterness in a finish with a certain sweetness. Medium body. Nice and well made Begian style blonde.

33cl bottle, courtesy of and shared with Gnoff.

Bottled 330ml ("Annika Blonde", PBF, alc. 6.6%)
Hazy orange color, small white head. Banana estery, sweet fruity aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Banana, peach, white pepper, fudge. Finish has some alcohol too. Strange, homebrewish beer.

Draught at the brewpub. Lightly hazy golden, small creamy head. Generous marzipan aroma. Fairly dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lightly fruity with grain and marzipan covered in generous amounts of grassy, spicy hops that provides growing bitterness. Elegant and pleasant.
