Cask air pressure at Euston Tap. Paleish gold and slightly hazy with disappearing white head. It’s got that gooseberry saugnin blanc thing going on for sure over quite a biscuity base. Yes tasty and interestind and I do like the gooseberry influence. Fine. And quite interesting without making me want to drink it again.

On gravity at the Great Welsh Beer & Cider Festival, Cardiff 16/6/2011. Slightly hazy gold in colour. Aroma of sweetish malts, a hint of spice and elderflowers. Flavour was sweet, with decent malts, citrus fruit and a dryish finish with a lingering elderflower edge. Good.
