Sample at the Inventory Reduction Beer Tasting on 08/08/2015. This beer is a hazy orange-gold color with a medium thick off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel and subtle hops. Medium to full body with a sweet malty character and notes of caramel and earthy hops in the background. The finish is sweet with a grainy malt aftertaste. Better than expected actually, an above average beer.

Bomber from TheEpeeist. Nose is floral, candisugar, and hints of bubblegum and golden raisins. Hazy copper orange with a medium light beige head. Flavor is light sweetness, caramel, a hint of fruit with some banana, and a bit of background bitterness. Actually pretty decent.

Bomber from Beer Run. Pours a clear amber color with a large frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of big toasted malts with some raisin and a bit of booze. The taste is extremely similar with a bit of vanilla and a bitter hop finish. Medium bodied, some booze is evident, low carbonation. Nice beer.

I’m told that this is a re-brand of their fall bock, but I will confirm that with the brewery. Dark honey, malt, and vanilla on the nose. Clear copper, thick yellow head. More equal proportions of caramel and vanilla on the palate. Alcohol very well masked. Virtually no bitterness, save for a subtle grassiness, but not cloying either. Quite a nice example of the style.
