Bottle from Chester Beer and Wine. Clear amber brown pour with small off white head. Quite a fruity apple and citrus aroma with hint of spice. Taste has a zesty orange and lime, bready malts, tingly spice and carbonation in finish. Light to medium bodied in keeping with the style. Well balanced and quite tasty.

Cask at Crewe Dog, Crewe. Pours golden brown with a small white head and good lacing. Malts and nuts in the aroma. Fruitiness to tore in the mouth, with apples and malts on a caramel base. Later on there are hints of spices too. Finish is slightly dry. A reasonable beer, but Tatton have made better ones.

Many thanks to simontomlinson for this bottle. Mild neutral beginning. Quite watrey with a malty basis. No real bitterness, grain there in hints, lots of water - below are some hidden malts and dry grain. Sad somehow.

500ml bottle: BBE Sep 2015. Poured into an Abbot Ale badged glass tankard at home on 10 Mar 2015: shared with no one! Nice clear amber golden body with a full, deep foaming head, off-white in colour. Light malty nose with a malty lead in the taste also, some slightly bittering hops come through but this is a pleasant blend with a malt base, the hops playing second fiddle most of the time.
