Hell bananig hefiger Start. Mild würzig, etwas wässrig im Hintergrund. Wenig süß, zum Mittelteil schwächer werdend, mild herb, süffig, erfrischend. Okay! 9/7/9/7/6/7

Bottle shared at the brewery during day 2 of the Bamberg Jolly of January 2014. Pours hazy gold with a rocky white head. Decent, with mellow wheat character, some paper, white bread, dough. Light bodied with average carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish, with hints of meringue, vague citrus and dry wheat. Not bad.

Bamberg Jolly Day 2 25/01/2014. Bottle shared at the brewery. Greyish orange dull colour with a frothy big head. Aroma is ripe banana, some orange and sour dough bread. Flavour is milky, dough, orange and mineral. Crisp but thin palate. Middle of the road.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, creamy head. Starts mild but not washy. Fine malty, modest fruity like apricot. Modest dry. Finish thiner, a bit washy, but quite drinkable. Okay.

Day 2 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, bottle shared at the brewery tap - Forchheim, 25/01/14. Clear golden with a big white head that retains well. Nose is toasty malt, nutty, banana, caramel, light citrus, bread dough. Taste comprises orange, banana, light yeast, soft bread dough, hint of caramel. Medium to light bodiment, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for a low ABV hefe.

Bottle @ Uncle Chris’ house in Fürth. Cloudy yellow-orange appearance with a cream colored head. Light citrusy, orange, light banana, light malty aroma. Tangy, light orange/banana, bready yeasty, a bit chewy flavor. Ok.
