Bottled 500ml. -from Getränke Degenhart, Grafenau. Clear pale golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, dusty grainy nose. Sweetish malty, grainy, herbal and light flowery with dry bitter finish. Average and boring.

bottle from Getränke Degenhart Passau-Grubweg. Clear, perhaps slightly hazy golden yellow, large white head. Malty with some woody hop accents and a shy fruitiness. Herbal hop character.

"Hacklberg Jubiläumsbier - 400 Jahre Hacklberg", "anlässlich des 375-Jahre-Jubiläums ... erstmals gebraut und zum 400. Geburtstag mit Hallertauer Aromahopfen verfeinert". Flasche von Edeka, Landau. - Satt goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase getreidiges helles Malz mit der charakteristischen Tiefe, die ein gutes Festbier auszeichnet; schwache Hintergrundherbe. - Antrunk kernig brotig-hellmalzig mit schöner, nicht zu kräftiger Malzsüße, perfekt grundiert von milder aber nicht zu knapper Hopfenherbe (Zitrusfrucht, Orangenschale). Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang nicht sehr kräftige aber frische zitrusfruchtige Herbe. - Rundes, sehr süffiges Festbier mit schönem Malzkörper. Sehr angenehm.

Bottle courtesy of Mario D. Il gusto al naso va verso il fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello è di schiuma compatta, abbondante, cremosa e dal colore bianco candido. Le bollicine sono grandi. La carbonazione è abbondante. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il perlage è costituito da bollicine fini, con ascesa costituita da carbonazione media. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è medio e l'amaro è medio: non si surclassano. L'intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è dissetante e semplice. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sulla lingua si depositano sensazioni di cereali.

Old rating. Best before 26.10.2004. Nice smooth but a bit sweetish brew with bitter hints. Round and fresh with a nice bitter aftertaste.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, würzig, leicht fruchtig. Geschmack malzig fruchtig, getreidig, leichte Bitterkeit.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and slight herbal hoppy. Sweet, grassy and slight citrusy hoppy. Bitter and grassy finish.
