DØE. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, grainy and moderate hoppy - straw. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 100512

Tap @ DØE Øl Festival 2012. Clear yellow with white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops and grass. Flavour is malt, fruit, medium sweet, hops, hay, grass and a little bitter.

Draught at CBF. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate. An ommer.

Draught @ Olfestival 2011 Kobenhavn.Hazy golden color with a small white head. Lemony ,soapy hops aroma. Light bodied , lemon taste, malt and straw.Very faint bitterness.

Draft @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Pours a hazy yellow color with a longlasting white head. Has a fruity malty grainy grassy aroma. Fruity malty grainy and weak yeasty grassy hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy finish.

Cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma of malt, herbal hops and a touch of DMS. Dry and grainy flavour with herbal hops.

Draught, KØ11. Good subtle hop aroma. Cloudy dark yellow colour. Very big stable white head. The flavour is nicely hoppy. Fine hop notes, extremely clean. Extremely well-balanced.

Draught @ Olfestival 2011 Kobenhavn, Carlsberg TAP1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, Copenhagen V, Denmark.Unclear medium grey yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, herbal - canabiss ! grass - hay, light orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, herbs, grass - hay. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110526]

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden and mildly bready malty along with some earth cellary notes. Flavour is quite much the same along with some slight yeasty notes as well.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Cloudy golden, small creamy head. Grassy fruity nose. Dryish with rounded mouthfeel, fairly light bodied. Mild salty bitterness. Restrained flavours. A bit clean to make a great kellerbier.
