Bottle from House of Trembling Madness. Clear dark gold/light amber with small white head. A fusty earth aroma with hints of bread crust, zest and spice. Taste wise it is nicely balanced, sweet malts (somewhere between biscuit and bread), some tangy and zesty fruit with a nice level of bitterness in the finish. Light bodied, easy drinking. Good.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - deep golden, gentle bubbles. Creamy head. Nose - orange and barley. Taste - more orange, barley water. Palate - close to medium bodied. Light bitterness, almost astringency from the malt and hops. Overall - ok. Like so many beers in this style.

Fra cask på Last Drop Inn, York 30 Okt 14. Gyldenbrun. OK tett skum. Tynn lacing. Veldig god ferskenaroma. Smaken har preg av grapefrukt. Blir mer og mer syrlig og avslutter tørt.

500ml bottle. Golden amber colour, foamy white head and aroma of malt & citrusy hop. Taste is biscuity malt with floral orangey citrusy notes and a spicy hop bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Pours orange gold with a transient white smear. Rather fruity aroma. Med body. Flavor is bitter, but other than that I am a bit lost. There’s malt. But the major aspect is bitter. Hop? Must be, but I can’t pick out a flavor/type. Really like the bitterness tho.
