Bottle @Øllets Dag, Fredericia. Black, no head. Honey and port aroma. Sweet flavour, honey and dark port. Prunes, light licorice.

Bottle. Pours cloudy coffee brown with small dark tan head. Clear aroma of wine yeast, alcohol and sugar. Sweet flavour of fruit and sweet cherries, with notes of caramel. Tastes like sweet cherry wine with some yeast. Sweetish aftertaste. Drinkable in small amounts.

Opaque brown beer, no head. Palate is smooth and has zero carbonation. Super sweet dark malt, very sugary. Well integrated with sweet acetic apple. Traces of pear and caramel. Finishes smooth, semi dry and sugary. Does what it says on the tin - very sweet!

Sample @ DØE. Small head with short duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, coffee, candy sugar, honey, malt, alcohol and hops.

Tap @ Food Festival, Aarhus. Almost black without head. Aroma is very sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit, sugar and alcohol. Flavor is very sweet and light bitter. Very sweet finish with heavy alcohol. Sticky. 080912
