500 ml bottle purchased from Phoenix Wines, Swanage, Dorset. Clear golden body with a fast disappearing white head and lively carbonation. Aroma has ripe apples, apple cores and a hint of wood. Nice fruity, quite dry apple flavor with a hint of wood, yeast and some acidity. Medium body and fruity aftertaste. Pleasant and refreshing.

Bottle at Ungstrup’s. Pours clear pale golden. Clear aroma of mature apples. Sweetish, crispy aroma of apples with complex, rough aftertaste. An OK cider.
