Bottle. Pours a clear pale golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity sweetish fresh apple aroma. Fruity slightly tart apple flavor. Has a fruity tart apple finish.

500 ml bottle purchased from Phoenix Wines, Swanage, Dorset. Clear golden body with a fast disappearing white head and lively carbonation. Aroma has ripe apples, apple cores and a hint of wood. Nice fruity, quite dry apple flavor with a hint of wood, yeast and some acidity. Medium body and fruity aftertaste. Pleasant and refreshing.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Fresh, dry, leathery apple aroma. Light body, thin apple juice but very dry with heavy tannins and leathery Brett. Loads of flavours here and the light body makes it very drinkable. 200713
