Bottle as "Burrow Hill Farm Pressed Somerset Cider Medium Dry", 6%. Clear deep golden with no head. Aroma is apples, little tart and sulfur. Flavour is apples, little sweet, little tart, little dry, medium sulfur and a little juice.

Bottle 500ml. clear glass.Clear medium orange colour with a fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apple, tart apple, light vanilla, barnyard notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apple, vintage apples, medium dry, naturel apples. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweetish tart apples wiith some mild spices and wooden notes as well. Mild vanilla and some pleasant floral notes. Flavour is apples, some dry notes with also vanilla and some tart fruityness. A pleasantly balanced Cider.

Bottlr from Tesco, Evesham 29-05-07. Despite the name informing you that it was farm pressed this cider actually had a real farmyardy smell, which was great. Had a lovely taste that for me was a very well balanced medium dry cider nice appley bite, really moreish and very refreshing.
