Bottle 0,5ltr: Very dark brown coloured brew with an good taste of roasted malts, chocolate en some hints of honey. The starts was an very well hidden sour taste.

Draught at Craft. Black with a long lasting small beige head. Smells quite oaty, can get a hint of the honey and quite caramel malty. Biscuity too. Medium to full bodied, low carbonation. Very nice.

Aus der Flasche 2015-05 getrunken. Bei dem Begriff Honey hatte ich mich auf mehr Süße eingestellt, doch die Bitterkeit der Röstnoten war noch recht präsent. Irgendwie kein leichtes Bier auch wenn später als es etwas wärmer war noch Schokoladennoten dazu kamen. Ein interessantes Bier!

Bottle. Pours cloudy dark brown with shades of ruby and airy but stable tahn head. Clear aroma of malt and roast, with notes of coffee and honey and dark chocolate. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of brett and honey and touches of hops and malt. Slightly acidic aftertaste with dusty hints. Warming alcohol presence. Decent.

Whole Foods, Bowery ($7): Pours a dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is slightly fruity, roasted malt, and honey. Taste is slightly sweet and roasty. Very little bitterness. Just a bit sticky. This ain’t bad, but it ain’t phenomenal.

Bottle @ Salling, Aarhus. Almost black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee, liquorice and honey. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and roasted moderate bitter finish. 220313

Bottle @ Salling. Pours dark brown with a light brown head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, honey. Flavor is a little weak but follows nose. Not really a fan of honey, but the aroma is nice. Thin body, soft carbonation. 210313
