Bottle at Lost Valley. Clear, frothy, pale straw pour. Sulfur nose, needs time to breathe. Once dissipated, it earthy & has big white wine notes. Upfront tannic & ridiculously tart. Added lemon, Riesling, sharp crab apple, grainy sweet & oaky golden russet, my best guess. Maybe too tart, but very nice.

Keg at Sugar Maple, 9/8/18. Clear and nearly colorless. Aroma of sweet apple and pear. Taste is tart juicy apple, pear. Thin, sweet.
