Coffee and dark chocolate. Lots of roast. Hazelnut and cream, lactose. Black pour with mocha head and lacing. Creamy consistency. I like this but it's a bit on the sweet side. Can.

16oz can pours an oily black with a ring of off white head. Nose of chocolate covered peanuts, licorice, coffee. Flavor has a lot more, chocolate and malt and molasses and licorice, there's a clear dark fruit now, maybe cherry, maybe blueberry, some peanut brittle. Finishes full bodied, sticky, sweet.

Tallboy can thanks to hershiser2. Thank you! Pours oily black, thin creamy brown head, good retention. Looks like motor oil. Aroma of nuts, chocolate, roast. The taste is rich chocolate, nuts, vanilla. Medium bodied, rich, smooth. Solid beer.

Pounder: Vanilla, dark chocolate, marshmallow nose, not strong. Black, no head. Chocolate syrup, marshmallow, vanilla, almond, charred oak. Full body, slightly creamy, very soft carbonation. Hazelnuts not really noticed, but this is a fantastic beer.
