Hazy amber beer, small cream colour head. A slightly rubbery nose. Palate is smooth and semi dry. Sweet caramel malts and some sweet grain. Tea! Followed by fairly bitter floralness. Light semi dry finish. Messy!

Trübes bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit einer schönen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, kräftig gehopft, harzig bitter. Geschmack kräftig hopfig, harzig bitter, Karamell, würzig bitter im Abgang.

From old notes. From tap at Copenhagen Olfestival 2012. Amber color with off white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, caramel and fruity. Sweet and biter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

330ml bottle [simply as ’IPA’]. Murky amber colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Dubious fruity aroma, hints of apple (?). Taste is caramel malty with an almond touch, grassy hoppy overtones, almost a bit tannic and tart-ish, hints of green apple.
