12 ounce bottle from the winery, 1/14/20. Clear gold, thin fizzy head. Aroma of oak, vanilla, pepper, dry apple. Taste is sweet apple, oak, vanilla. Medium bodied, crisp, nice balance of the oak aging. Well done.

Sampled from the bottle at All Pints North. Pours a clear hydrated pee with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a lot of sweet apple with a decent amount of oak supporting. Flavor starts with sweet apple with some earthiness and oak underlying.
