Draught@CPH BF2011. Thanks fonefan. Deep murky ambery brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, liquorice and some mild spicy/yeasty notes. Flavour is chocolate, spices, mild roast and some herbs.

KØ11. Aniseed aroma. Muddy brown colour, really disgusting looking. No head. The flavour has some aniseed, hint of chocolate, perhaps.

Draught @ Olfestival 2011 Kobenhavn, Carlsberg TAP1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, Copenhagen V, Denmark.Murky to muddy medium to dark matt brown colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, chocolate, sweet chocolate, bread, cacao notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet chocolate, bitter chocolate, dry, malty, spicy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. From tap. Pours murky brown with a small to no head. Aroma is sweet chocolate and breadish. Bitter, sweet and bitter chocolate. Bitter and slight herbal. Spiced and dry chocolate into the finish. Ends dry and malty.
