Tap at indeed. Pours lightly hazy golden, small creamy white head, nice lacing. Aroma of really Bready grain, grass, floral notes. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter, loads of grass. Light plus body. Surprisingly bitter in the end, with a profile approaching Saison.

An unexpected zwickel tick at Indeed. Served in an odd, tall and narrow glass. Yellow color and a slight haze to the beer. Dry malt aroma with a little yeast. Flavor is dry, grass, noble hops, and some yeast bit not as much as whst I expect from a kellerbier. Extremely drinkable, and i appreciate the effort in brewing this rare style.

Sampled from the tap at Happy Gnome. Pours a clear light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice grass and straw note with a bit of hay and grain backing. Flavor has lots if straw and hay with grass and light pine underlying.
