Pretty hazy golden coloured body with a thick but very fast-dying pure white head that leaves a nasty lace on the sides of the glass. Aroma of grass, hay, light caster sugar and the nicest scent here - a good strain of Belgian yeast that makes this very aromatic. Light to Medium-bodied; Assertive effervescence up front brings out the barnyardie type notes with some grass, hay, flowers and perfume along with a soft touch of bitterness from some noticeable hops and ending with a crisp lemon and citrus fruit bite at the end. Aftertaste shows some light pine to couple with the deeper hop bite at the end along with the very grassy, herbal and well-balanced malt notes here that finish with the distinct yeast profile which really makes this beer into something  nice. Overall, a solid and enjoyable saison that hits the marks nicely while bringing out some smooth lemons, perfume and sugars but focusing on the barnyardie, grass and yeast notes. A good beer overall, much better than expected and a nice one for me to bring back home, in hindsight. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from the Crossroads Country Market in Wausau, Wisconsin on 07-August-2021 for US$1,67 (part of a mixed six-pack) sampled at my house here in Washington on 24-May-2022.

Can thanks to Drake. Small pale gold pours, giant off-white head, jesus.... Soap, yeast, grsase, coriander nose. Flvaor is coriander, wheat, grass. Has a good backbone, and it's not bad, but it feels a bit less than fresh (and I don't think i's all that old).

12 ounce can 9/9/20. Hazy orange, VERY large foamy white head, fair retention. Aroma of bread, spice, plastic. I fear its infected. Taste is tart fruits, pale malt, spice. Yeah, it's off, but still drinkable.
