Aroma: Toffee, biscuit and earth. Subdued red fruit notes.
Appearance: Clear ruby body with a medium off-white head that holds well. No visible carbonation. Excellent carbonation.
Taste: Subtle flavour but quite complex. Bitter earth, sweet malt, cherry and plum trying to come to the fore.
Palate: Thin to medium body with a very oily mouthfeel. Light carbonation prickle.
Overall: A decent Bitter. I’d have this again.
