Cask at Guildford Arms, Edinburgh, Scotland. Deep dark brown to black colour, off white head. Aroma of coffee, liqueur, light butter, light chocolate. Flavour is light plastic, cocoa, light coffee bitter finish. Watery, light bodied. Plastic flavour came out more pronounced when it warmed up, not very nice.

Cask, handpump at The Guildford, Edinburgh in company of Craig & Loz 29.10.10 Pours dark brown bit of red actualy this is really quite dark. Really roasty & bitter with plenty of cold coffee dregs, some green hops show, nice bitter linger touch of cocoa, as Craig say’s decent simple stout but maybe with a touch more hop then usual.
