Vom Faß im Hof der Brauerei Enzensteiner in Enzenreuth, nach halbstündigem Aufstieg vom Bahnhof Schnaittach. - Im Steinkrug serviert: mittleres Goldbraun. - In der Nase aromatischer, aprikosenfruchtiger und frisch kräuteriger Hopfen (Hallertauer?). - Im Antrunk ebensolche, schön frische Hopfenaromen, dazu Zitrone. Aromatisches helles Malz mit leichter Honignote und angenehmer zarter Malzsüße. Durchschnittlich rezent, leicht mineralisch, sehr süffig. Gut hopfenherber Abgang. - Schön frisch und aromatisch gehopftes fränkisches Landbier.

50c swing top bottle. Pours slightly hazy deep golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting white head. aroma of floral hops, pale malt. Taste of mild grassy hops, floral hops, pale malt, good stuff, delicious!

Bottled. Hazy pale amber, small head. Grassy bready nose. Dryish with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Bread, hay and grass. Mellow and drinkable with long bitter finish

Draught @ Brauerei Enzensteiner, Enzenreuth 8, Schnaittach-Enzenreuth, Bavaria, Germany 91220.Clear mediumw orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, hay, straw, toasted, butter, light hoppy. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110421]

Bügelverschlußflasche. Golden, clear, huge loose white head. Sweet worty nose with light caramelly traces and a distinctive medical hoppy touch. Moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft MF. Sweet worty-malty finish with a spicy-hoppy aftertaste. Pleasant stuff.......

(33cl swing top bottle) Clear, golden colour with a thick foamy white head. Sweet, strawy malty nose with shy herbal and woody hoppy notes. Light-bitter flavour, medium to light-bodied with a moderate carbonation. Malty and distinctively nutty taste with a dry and moderately bitter finish with notes of woody hops. Nice one (20.X.08).

Bottle, thanks to Lach (mullet) to bring this for me from Franconia.
Yellow, clear body with a hazy shine. White, creamy head. Aroma of hops, flowers, ... Moderately bitter, moderately sweet flavour. Quite good.
