Single from the Ft. Worth tap room. Cheaper to take out than drink a tiny sampler there. Stemless back at the hotel. Mosiac & Simcoe hops. Clear, frothy, medium gold. Sharp, floral, bittergreen, heavy dry hop nose. Sweet & floral. Bittersweet, lime, pineapple, kale-apple smoothie. A touch too sweet, low carb, but the hops are a vast improvement on the base. Okay to good.

Keg at the cidery, 9/13/23. Clear gold. Aroma of passion fruit, sweet apple. Taste is passion fruit, sweet apple, bit of hay and green hops. Well balanced.
