Single from 604. Sat in the fridge for a minute. Pint glass at home. Opaque, dirty brown, weak tan head. Sweet earth, creamy, light vanilla, plain Cheerio nose. Milky, bittersweet & light nutty roast, medium-light soot, toasty marshmallow & creme, inky, very faint & level sweetness. Smoother as it warms. Light carbonation, slight carb, full of mellow layers of flavor. Amazing & deliciously smooth brew.

Pint can from Appalachian Vintner, 5/9/23. Clear dark brown, large brown head, average retention. Aroma of roast, nuts, honey. Taste is roast, nuts, honey, chocolate. Well balanced.
