Morpheus Saison is a thirst-quenching Belgian Saison that was traditionally brewed in the Hainaut area for local farm workers. Originally, the Saison style beers had probably a light sour touch.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma super abbondante bianca pannosa persistente, colore giallo torbido, al naso è intensa speziata classico aroma Saison scorza d’arancia tante spezie pepe cereali note Funky, in bocca è speziata frutta gialla coriandolo e pepe con un finale di limone e note erbacee, corpo medio/leggero, carbonazione forte, watery, amaro moderato, bella secca. Bottle. Murky orange pour, with a big white head. Loads of floaters and it gushed upon opening. Aroma is very vegetal, sweet malts, and stake grasses. Soft carb, and a very full mouth feel. Finish is musty malts, no hops and sweet vegetal notes. Either very very old, or infected.

Smell- weak, herbal, malt. Foam-thin, herbal, malt. Head is small-ish white. Appearance -simple label, generic bottle cap.Clear -ish orange amber with a bunch of sediment in. From - snifter Taste - weak malt, faint sourness, faint bitter notes, herbal, faint sweetness also and faint caramel, Belgian yeast mixed in. Neutral enough, very drinkable, but nothing over the top.

Botella de @StruiseShop, Online. 24/01/2021. Color amarillo corona de espuma blanca, aromas cereal, cítricos, sabor cítrico herbal, malta, notas florales, cuerpo medio.

Hazy golden colour, white foam. Nose of grass, hay, some fruitiness, light citrus. Taste is medium sweet, a bit peppery, grassy. Well balanced. Good saison.

Lot no. 1222. Gusher, let's hope Morpheus won't eat my desk. Lots of floaters. Smells fruity, bit tart, some hay. Taste is very funky, lots of barnyard, some citrus peel. There's some fruity sourness hiding in the background, makes it refreshing. Good.

A really nice saison, great funk and balance betwern dryness and body. Nothing off, great for the style. Online etre bier
