Ruby-colored with amber hues and a fine and rosy head with a delicate persistence, this beer has scents of back cherries and cherries which almost become winy. These notes are confirmed when you taste it, when the fruity component becomes overwhelming. The hints of black cherries are accompanied by those of bitter almonds. The light body and the gentle acidity create the perfect conditions to continuously feel like taking another sip.

Bottle, 750 ml from Pivoteka. Shared with JFK10000 and Miro B. Pours cloudy red with small off-white head. Fair lacing. Malty, citrus, yeasty, cherries. Light to moderate acidity. Medium bodied.

Bottled 750ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb, shared with hrabren and Marko. Unclear red coloured, small off-white head, acidic cherries in the nose. Quite yeasty, tart cherries, slightly acidic and pretty dry finish. Not bad but nothing more than that.

0.75 l bottle from Pivoteka, Zagreb, shared with Marko and Ogi. Cheers! Red-pink-orange color, small off white head. Fruit aroma with some harsh notes, metal or something. Dry cherry aroma, fizzy, lively mouthfeel, high carbonation. Dry tart finish. Ok.

From Pivoteka, shared with ogivlado and Hrabren. Misty chalky red body, small white head, went away fast. Dry, yeasty aroma, meaty, cherries. Not that nice. Taste... carbonation bite, mild tartness, drying, nice sour cherry note. The aftertaste is mildly unappealing and abruptly gone. Just OK, dry. Unimpressive really, but not exactly bad.

From bottle at Craft Bier Fest Wien 2014. Pours golden with some reddish notes. Aroma is malty and sour. Fresh cherries. Taste is fruity at first, then comes honey and beewax. Finally cherries linger longer in the aftertaste. Quite nice.

Bottle @ Baladin Bistrot. Nice head with goodd duration. Color is reddish amber. Aroma and taste are rich cherries, malt, fruits and hops. Sweet and refreshing.

Troche mnie zdziwilo to piwo. Myslalem ze bardziej nawiaze do stylu Kriek. Tu wszystko jest niestety slabiej. Piana malenka. Kolor blado czerwony, bardziej pomaranczowy. Owocowosc srednia. choc jest dzieki wisni slodkawe. Ale Bardziej smakowalo jak piwo miodowe niz wisniowe. Testowane w orginalnym kieliszku Teku nie za wiele pomoglo w calej tej ceremonii testowania tego pia.

Bouteille 75cl de Il Pretesto, Bologna. BB 09/2014, lot# L1547120. Dorée-orangée, col moyen disparaissant vite rosé. Arôme offre un bouquet rappelant un soda sucré, pointe de camomille avec une petite touche poivrée en rétro-nasal. Cannelle aussi bien présente. Ces dernières épices couvrent un peu le profil de cerise qui arrive plus en retrait. Palais n’est pas autant cerise que attendu, je retrouve ici un profil plus médicinal. On note très bien cette balance de coriandre, camomille est très distincte sur un soupçon de cannelle. Le tout garde un léger côté weizen. Me rappelle aussi un mélange de root beer plus alcoolisé sur une pointe de poivrée en retrait. Au final, les cerises qui même à 20% restent présentes mais sans forcément dominer. Le côté suret-aigre des cerises est ici aussi discret. Bière étonnante, qui au premier abord m’avait fait espérer un style tout à fait belge. Au final, je retrouve
