Ruby-colored with amber hues and a fine and rosy head with a delicate persistence, this beer has scents of back cherries and cherries which almost become winy. These notes are confirmed when you taste it, when the fruity component becomes overwhelming. The hints of black cherries are accompanied by those of bitter almonds. The light body and the gentle acidity create the perfect conditions to continuously feel like taking another sip.

Thank you, yespr. Fruity aroma, seems unclean, perhaps just bretty. Cloudy pink/amber colour. The flavour is sweetish, a bit fruit juicy, hint of acid, but not enough to balance sweetness. Also a little funky note. Isotonic mouthfeel.

Bottled@Yespr’s blindtasting. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is quite sour, mild farmyard, some yeastyness and also mild cherry pips. Flavour is a bunch of spices, some tartness, mild grassy and earthy notes as well. Crisp carbonation.

Bottle 75 cl. Blindtasting. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy opaque reddish orange with a white head. Lots of farty manure in the nose. Medium body, sweetish fruity - apricot? - with a massive Brettyness. Ends dry but not really tart or bitter. 260511

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity, brett and slight leathery. Dry cherry and brett flavoured, light sweetness. Funky and subdued fruity finish.

yespr blind tasting #5. Clody dark yellow, smoe floaties, smooth white head. mld fruity aroma, dry, faint flavor is oranges, yellow fruits, in fact quite fruity, not much bitterness or brettyness.

Bottle 750ml. @ UK-SCO Tasting in Ulfborg.Clear medium yellow- red orange (pink) color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white with pink notes head. Aroma is moderate cherry, moderate yeasty, horse blanket, soap, pepper. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet,light acidic and bitter with a average to long duration, cherry, grainy, saison alike. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20110409]

Bottle at Jan & Charlottes tasting, Ulfborg, Denmark 09.04.11 cheers Jan & Charlotte This is almost peachy amber in colour, good sparkle to it, it looks lovely. Nose is a little rustic but with fruitiness. Flavour is a bit tame, soft carbonation, but lacking for me, with just a light tartiness and cherriness to keep this from being totally boring. This is another beer for me from Baladin which isn’t quite hitting the heights. A8 A4 T6 P4 Ov14 3.6

Bottle @ J & C’s, Ulfborg. Thanks. Pours unclear copper with a white pinkish head. Yeasty and tart fruity nose. Peach and raspberries. A bit bland. Pepper and yeast. Lively carbonation. OK
