Say it in your best Matthew McConaughey impression. A German-style Kolsh with the addition of rye malt for an added spiciness. Golden and light bodied, but with more malt and hop character than our Blonde.

Clean drinking kolsch. Not a lot of character but easy drinking. Light bitter finish. Golden pour with OK head. Tap at brewpub.

16oz pint at the brewery pours a fairly murky stop light yellow with some creamy, white head. Nose is pleasant, very yeast, bread dough, some mild apricot, some muddled fruit, some yuzu even. Flavor has a nice sweet malty character, the rye is a bit heartier than spicy, chewy grain, yeasty dough, tangerine, straw, apricot. Creamy finish. Very nice.
