Opaque dark brown beer. Tidy pale tan head. Crispy dry palate. Robust dark malt, dry and with a dose of coffee. The hops are similarly robust. Piney, grassy and with a bitter aftertaste. Very dry finish. Nice flavour but too dry!

Bottle at Jan & Charlotte’s tasting, Ulfborg, Denmark 09.04.11 cheers Jan & Charlotte Pours dark, dark brown with a light beige head. Nice bitterness throughout, some green hops also showing with pine showing. Last beer of night so my descriptive juices are starting to wear very thin. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Bottle. Pours black with a tan head. Light enough that you can tell that there is good clarity. Aromas are floral and a bit doughy. Bread, pine, molasses and toffee. Flavors are roasty, butter, astringent, pine, coffee and chocolate. Medium carbonation. Dry. Not very easy to drink.
