Interstella Jazz uses two of our favourite hops, Motueka and Nelson. Usually seen featured in our TIPAs and DIPAs, we love the way these flavours provide an incredibly juicy experience in a lower alcohol format. At 5%, the hops shine with their clear and distinct flavour profiles.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A medium haze on this slightly murky looking good beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin feeling malts, sweet enough. Good Motueka intensity, hop spice, cooling pine and bright key lime. Nelson anonymous for me. Crisp and semi dry finish leaves a mild but persistent hop linger. Good Motueka kick.

Tap at 73 Enid Street. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a sticky loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, creany wheat, orange creamsicle, breakfast orange, midget gems. Kiwi. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded wheaty grains, tangy orange rind, peach melba, juicy fruits, spicy citrus in the finish. Palate is semi sweet, milky, moderate carbonation. Not bad.
