Bottle. Amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit and pine aroma. Pine and grapefruit flavor with light tropical fruit and light caramel. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Pine and caramel lingers with grapefruit.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma of light citrus, floral, earth. Med+ body - probably due to foamy carbonation. Flavor is very light caramel overtopped with citrus, earthy, floral - and perhaps many other hops. Very laid back and delicious. NIcely done.

En fût au brouepub. Couleur jaune pâle translucide, peu de mousse blanche laissant une légère dentelle. Arôme de houblon, pamplemousse, malt subtil. Goût de houblon résineux, pamplemousse, amertume contenue. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.

5 oz. taster from @ the brew pub. Another nice brew. Nose of fresh cut grass with a dandelion type note. Flavor is all floral hops and some wheat. Base of the beer is wheat. Lighter body and a real refreshing standard IPA. A nice more traditional style IPA. Well worth a try.

65 cl bottle (6%) @ wPBF’13
Aroma has pineapples, some exotic fruits and caramel. Flavour has biscuits, caramel, fruity hops, gooseberry bush and pine needles. Quite typical American IPA.

Pours slightly hazed gold into a shaker. Bright white soapy head recedes leaving spider lacing. Sweet resin aromas. Soft with tropical fruit and caramel upfront turning to resin in the lasting finish.

Cask at GBBF 2010. A hazy golden beer with an orangey head. The aroma has lovely notes of hops - like freshly harvested Magnum lending it notes of spices and grapefruit. The flavor is sweet malty with a high level of alfa acids and hence strong notes of the hops. I believe I’d like it better kegged than cask - lack a sparkle.

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Unclear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to light heavy hoppy, overripped orange - citrus, overripped mandarin. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and heavy bitter with a average to long duration, overripped mandarin bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20100805]

Cask gravity at GBBF 2010. Haze, gold, thin bubbly head. Very decent pils. Really good bite on the finish. Some lemon fruit, like all the US casks, just a little tired from the journey.
