Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, toasted - caramel, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, straw - hay, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100806]

Cask gravity at GBBF 2010. Copper colour, lasting beige head. Decent bitter as you’d expect from Elland with a touch of herb and caramel. Some bitterness. A bitter.

Cask@GBBF2010. Golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some mild bready and caramelly notes. Flavour is bready, wooden, nutty as well as a bit yeasty.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a lacing and white head. Aroma is vague butterish and mild citrusy hops. Bitter, citrusy and dry peachy hops flavoured. Dry and slight grassy into a bitter finish.

Cask at Cloisters... amber ... white foamy head ... doft wishy washy fruit hop nose ... bitter fruits front ... bitter linger... little lime peel.
