Poured from a 16 oz can dated April 27, 2020. Aroma is hop forward with lots of gooseberry, tropical fruit, peach and citrus notes. Light cracker malt notes and a hint of wheat. Faint alcohol spice. Pours a rather hazy, dull, pale, yellow, straw color with a large,.thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderate lacing and no legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with light cracker malt and hints of wheat. Medium to medium low bitterness and a hint of alcohol. Quite a bit of hop character with lots of gooseberry, passion fruit, tropical citrus, stone fruit and a light, dank resin note. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a rather light bodied pale ale but it has a great hop profile and just enough malt character and body to carry it.
