Introducing the second beer in a series of heavily fruited SMOOTHIE ales. Fruited Up Beyond All Reason is brewed with a simply ridiculous amount of fruit and sweetened with loads of milk sugar. Strawberry, peach, apricot and passionfruit infuse this tart ale with incredible fruit character never before seen in a Cellarmaker beer! CONTAINS LACTOSE

Poured from a 32 oz crowler. Aroma is obviously dominated by fruit. Loads of strawberry, peach and apricot with some light passion fruit. The lactose comes through a bit but the malt does not. Pours a very murky, hazy, orange brown with a large, thick, fluffy, slightly off white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderate lacing and no legs. Flavor has a medium light acidity with moderately strong sweetness. Lots of strawberry character with light apricot and peach. Faint passion fruit. Moderate lactose notes. Alcohol is well hidden. Mouthfeel is fairly full bodied, but could be thicker and creamier with moderate carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice, fruity beer but the first FUBAR was better. This is a bit thinner and less sweet. Great fruity notes though with solid lactose.
