Poured from a 750 ml bottle. This is the wine version. Aroma is fairly fruity with lots of grape notes as well as some pineapple, over ripe stone fruit and citrus. Light grain notes and a bit of oak. Pours a slightly murky, light brown with some copper hues and a medium sized, medium thick, white head that recedes somewhat quickly leaving some clumps lingering on the edges. No lacing or legs. Flavor is moderately sweet with a moderate acidity and medium light grain notes. Medium light bitterness and light oak notes. Quite a bit of grape notes with lighter pear, stone fruit, tropical fruit and lemon. Acidity has a light sharpness with a lingering quality to it. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty nice wild ale. Nice fruity notes and a decent, malt backbone. A bit more acidic than I prefer in my wild saisons. Bourbon version has less grape notes with more bourbon. Pear and red apple notes are more pronounced and the tropical fruit less so. I think I prefer the wine version, but this is still solid.
