Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is tequila and lime forward with some light grain notes. Hints of acidity and oak. The tequila and lime are fairly well balanced and very margarita-like. Pours a hazy, brownish straw color with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes to a thin film that lingers on the edges. Moderate lacing and faint legs. Flavor is fairly sweet with a medium acidity that isn't harsh at all. Moderately strong tequila and lime notes with some lighter oak and grain. Light saltiness and a hint of alcohol. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really great interpretation of a margarita in beer form, but I think if I wanted a margarita I would just get one instead. Cool and unique, but not something I would want to drink frequently. Definitely better executed than the Bruery attempts at mimicking mixed drinks in beer form.
