Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fairly fruity and hop forward with quite a bit of orange, but also some tangerine, tropical fruit, pineapple and faint, herbal dank notes. Light grain and oak notes with hints of earthy funk. Pours a somewhat hazy, golden color with a medium large, thick, pillow, white head that recedes somewhat quickly to a thin film that lingers on the edges. Flavor has a medium light acidity and light sweetness with a dry, phenolic finish. Light bitterness with some light oak and white wine tannins. Medium hop notes with citrus, pineapple and tropical fruit being most prevalent with a light dank note. Earthy, herbal and slightly grassy phenolic notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent beer but the phenolic note in the flavor is a bit too strong and accentuated by the dryness.
