Tap. Pours clear candy apple hot pink, small pinkish white head, good lacing. Loads of Raspberry on the nose, stems and seeds, jammy fruit, hints of funk. Flavor is light tart, very light funk, loads of nice fruit, mineral water. Clean, certainly not high on bug notes. Melon body, soft mouthfeel, hint of a burn.

On tap at the Portal. Aroma is very jammy and raspberry forward. Light grain and citrus notes. Hints of oak. Pours a hazy, red with some orange hues on the edges and a large, pillowy, pink head that exhibits nice retention as it slowly recedes. Flavor has a medium light acidity with light grain notes. Hints of pineapple, citrus and tropical fruit with moderately strong raspberry notes. Less raspberry than I was expecting based on the aroma. Light grain notes. Medium light bitterness with medium light oak notes. Light wine notes and tannins. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice raspberry saison. The fruit is very strong in the aroma, but lighter in the flavor allowing the base beer and the oak to show through.
